Abstract

The goal of this study is to clarify the intricate and nuanced relationship that exists between human rights and Fiqh Muasarah. Human rights are predicated on universal principles like equality, freedom, and dignity, on the one hand. Islamic beliefs are likewise centered around these principles.The objective for this study aims to identify concepts of human rights from an Islamic and western perspective. Next, to reviewing about appointment of female leaders. Also, Measuring the characteristics of being a leader as a non-Muslim, Identifying related issues about rights of non-Muslims in Muslim country and Reviewing about scholars' opinion related to mukhannath and khuntha. In this research, the researcher uses the reliability study method which is included in the qualitative method where the researcher uses the analysis of authentic data collected at the scene. That is primary data and secondary data. A complicated picture emerges from the examination of the issues and compatibility between human rights and fiqh muasarah. Different interpretations and cultural variances often lead to difficulties and conflicts with international human rights norms, even though both share essential principles like justice and equality. Last but not least, it is hoped that this study can be used as a guide and reference for other researchers for future studies.
