Abstract
Chronoscape is a journey of remisniscent and time, it aims to create a culturally sensitive architectural hubdesign that celebrates the rich heritage and significance of brass in various cultures around Borneo. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc, which has been used for its durability, maleability and aesthetic qualities, to form a bridge between the memory of mining and intergrate it to built a community. The concept seeks to create a perfect analytic synthesis between the disconnectivity of the past and possibilities of the future.
