Industrial training report: Milennium Radius Sdn Bhd / Murni Shafiqah Mohd Salahudin

During my industrial training in Milennium Radius Sdn Bhd, I gained many valuable hands-on experiences in Software development and also testing. This training allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations and enhanced my technical and soft skills. There are a few key findings in my working experience which is, Time Management and Project Planning. The disciplined working environment prioritised time management and fulfilling deadlines. I took part in project planning meetings, which emphasised the need of timeliness and effective resource allocation. Moreover, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking. I was exposed to be quick in thinking and fast in submitting work and also a quick decision making was required. Besides, I also improved in my Teamwork and Communication skills which I always participated in meetings by contributing my ideas to my colleagues and also asking them whenever I wanted to.
