During my 24-week internship at Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB) Melaka, starting from 12 August 2024 to 24 January 2025, provided me valuable experience to the professional environment and enhance my skills in customer service, document management, and financial operations. Working in the Customer Service Department, I assisted customers with a variety of tasks such as form preparation, investment claims, account registration, which can enhance my communication skills. I also handled post-closing task such as scanning death and welfare claim documents and managing batching documents for daily transactions. These work experiences teach me the real-life challenges in the workplace and make me understand operational workflows and regulatory compliance in financial institutions. Besides, ASNB is struggling with several issues either internal or external issues, but ASNB is always keen on solving the issue to bring any barrier for them to keep growing in the future. So, with SWOT analysis that is included in this report, it can help to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the organization. This analysis not only offers an organized plan for getting over challenges, but it also puts ASNB Melaka in a position to maintain its competitive advantage while maintaining its long-term growth.
