Industrial training report: Malayan Banking Berhad

This report provides a detailed summary of my internship at Malayan Banking Berhad (Maybank) Ayer Keroh branch. It explains the organization's background and describes the tasks I performed during the internship, from August 2024 to January 2025. During the internship, I worked mostly in the Credit Department. My main tasks included collecting data, helping customers with their problems and making customer calls. The goal of this internship was to apply what I've learned in my studies to practical work.
