Another key advantage of effective record management is the availability of pertinent data. The university can swiftly obtain relevant information by efficiently organising and categorising alumni records. This enables alumni affairs staff successes, career advancement, and other benefits. With this knowledge, the institution can give specialised help and personalised services to each alumnus's specific requirements. The ability to easily access essential data empowers alumni, resulting in better interactions and a more favourable alumni experience.
