Abstract

As an initial step, discussions among group members were held where several prospective projects were discussed. After due consideration, the
group decided to undertake a study on Persatuan Nelayan Negeri Sarawak (PENESA), a Sarawak State Fishermen Association which involved in
enhancing the social economic development of the fishermen. Currently, PENESA is actively doing various business activities such as the supply of
diesel to the fishermen, supply of fish to government schools and general construction works.
