Abstract
It is bittersweet moment for me as I mark my last day after 13 years, since June 6th, 2011, at this Incredible School of Information Science at UiTM Sarawak. After much thought, I have decided to accept an opportunity that will take me to the same organization but a different branch. This transfer represents an exciting new chapter in my professional life, though leaving here is not easy. I have had the privilege of working with a fantastic team of dedicated and talented individuals whom I truly adore. Each of you has left a unique imprint on me, and for that, I am deeply grateful. The friendships, the challenges we've overcome, and the projects we've celebrated will be cherished memories forever.
