Heartfelt farewell to semester 5 students of IM110 / Nurul Huda Izzati Jamil

On the afternoon of July 6, 2024, the Semester 5 students from the 2022 batch of the Diploma in Information Management (IM110) organized a mini farewell party to mark the end of their studies. They invited lecturers to join them in celebrating and reminiscing about their two and a half years at UiTM Kota Samarahan. The intimate event took place at the Suka Hati Steamboat Restaurant, beginning at 4:30 PM, and was attended by 13 of the 18 graduating students, along with three lecturers. The occasion began with a lively makan-makan session, including a cakecutting ceremony, where everyone savoured a delicious spread of steamboat dishes. The informal setting created a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, ideal for reminiscing and celebrating the students’ journey. The evening was filled with laughter, shared stories, and a collective sense of accomplishment. After the meal, the atmosphere transitioned to a more reflective and emotional tone during the closure session. Each student took the opportunity to deliver a heartfelt farewell speech, sharing personal reflections, expressing gratitude to their academic advisor and dedicated lecturers, and acknowledging their fellow peers. They also discussed their aspirations for the future. This touching moment underscored the strong bonds that had been formed over the past two and a half years.
