Abstract
This course aims to provide an understanding on the prepress workflow and the processes involved in the print reproduction processes. Students will be exposed to graphic design using desktop publishing. Students will also focus on the technical aspect in digital prepress involving typography, color quality, image quality, layout design, page imposition, colour separation, preflight, and proofing. This knowledge will be use as the front-end process of the printing production workflow.
