Abstract
I-Kolej is developed by InfoTech department in UiTM Kelantan. It is developed for the staff of UiTM Machang Campus to record any activity regarding admin of college and student. Before this system is developed, any activity that need to be recorded is registered manually in form that are provided. It will cause the data redundancy and data loss and it will affect the statistics that are needed. With this system that has been created, the staff can record the activity and guide a student that has encountered a problem in application and appeal colleges. This system also can reducing time, paperless, and make it easier for academic advisor to record and get the data.
