Abstract
This paper studies about the effect of variables (EPS, PER, ROE, ROA) towards the stock prices. This paper consists of four different ratios that were used to test the stock price. Other than that, this study also reveal that stock price performance does not only depending with one variables. This is because sometimes, some of the variables need each other. In addition, this paper will examine which variables affect other variables, and which contribute the most in stock price performance. This study done on Malaysia Construction Sector and intend to guide the investors for decision making and for long term growth. The data was collected from 2011 to 2015 and was analyzed by panel data. The findings show that only EPS and PER have significantly positive relationship towards the stock prices.
