Abstract
This study aimed to explore the effects of the foot reflexology path on individuals' well-being and health outcomes. The background highlights that foot reflexology, an alternative therapy involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, has been linked to stress reduction, pain relief, and improved physical and mental health. Despite its growing popularity, empirical evidence supporting its benefits requires further investigation. The results indicated that participants reported notable improvements in stress reduction, pain management, and relaxation after receiving foot reflexology treatments. Many participants expressed positive changes in mood and quality of life, suggesting the potential therapeutic impact of reflexology practices. The findings demonstrated that consistent reflexology sessions correlated with participants' self-reported improvements in both emotional and physical well-being. The conclusion that the foot reflexology path offers a promising, non-invasive approach to promoting stress relief and physical wellness. These findings support the idea that reflexology could be an effective complementary therapy for individuals seeking holistic and natural methods to address mental and physical challenges. Future research should explore longer-term outcomes and the effects of structured reflexology programs across diverse populations.
