Abstract

Clinic Appointment System using Mobile Application an application which gives benefit to the patients, clinic staff and doctors that access, examine, test and diagnose a patient of a diseases. This is when the patient appointment schedule is given manually. Patients also have issues where they have to wait too long for their turn when they go to the clinic. The objective is to develop a mobile application that will schedule patient's appointments with the clinic and to test the functionality of mobile application. This project has appointment scheduling whereby a patient only chooses a doctor and then the patients can select a date and time. According to the system that have been develop are by using Android Studio which is develop by language JAVA was used as the choice of programming language for the logic and the frontend while Firebase as the database are used for the backend. The research work played a major contribution in the field of clinic appointment which allows and enable the patient to have a real time scheduling of appointments with a doctor.
