UiTM lost and found system using mobile application / Ros Meliana Putri Samsuddin Nama

The result of an informal interview session towards UiTM Shah Alam’s student is most of the interviewee admit that they have lost their personal belongings and they need to wait for the news to spread around through social media to get back their lost items. UiTM Lost and Found System is created to be a platform for lost and found items in UiTM. The user can find their lost items directly from their smartphones without having to physically traces every place that they went through. This can reduce the times of going to the lost and found offices. This project is developed as a mobile application using Android Studio IDE and Firebase as the database. This mobile application enable user to upload about information of the lost or found items and it can facilitate the users on checking about the information of missing items anywhere and anytime. The outcome of this project is expected to bring benefits to the UiTM citizens in helping those who have lost their belonging in the UiTM campuses.
