Myhealth application for geriatric patient and caregivers / Nurul Farhah Hadirah Nor Zuki

A research project on a web based application that create the MyHealth Application that want to help the caregivers avoid the confusion and mismanagement between the patient and doctor. The main problem of the geriatric patient is they sometime forget when they had to eat medicine and when they have appointment with doctor. So, with this application exist, the caregivers and patient can manage time also the caregivers can handle patient without faces any problem. Therefore, with this application can help caregivers and patient better.
