Abstract

Covid 19 has spread around the world. The virus was identified in December 2019 in Wuhan, China. Malaysia has reported two waves of Covid 19 cases up to April 14, 2020, with the first waves ending successfully less than 2 months. The second wave occurred in early March 2020 with worrying situations. To break the chain of Covid 19, the Government of Malaysia enforced a Movement Control Order starting on March 18,2020. The closure of schools and institution of higher learning during Movement Control Order (MCO) period has presented new challenges to educators and also students. Looking at the current situation, Malaysia is not fully ready to embrace online learning and teaching because the Internet services are slow and unstable especially in rural areas . A cell phone reception booster is generally a repeater system that involves the amplifier adding gain or power to the reception in various directions.
