Abstract
Basically FSKM will be organizing i-Hack competition once in two years. In the i-Hack competition, there are two separated events which are computer hacking competition and workshop related to latest technology. The competition is divided into two categories which are Hacking and Defense, and Computer Forensic. Both of these categories require participants to work in a group of three. Students who want to join the competition need to register and pay the fees manually. For the previous i-Hack competition, participants’ have to download the application form from the website (http://fskm.uitm.edu.my/ihack2010/). Then, participants need to fax the application form to the organizer. Payment method that had been use is scan the payment receipt then fax or emails it to the organizer. In order to solve the problem of the registration and payment process, i-Hack Registration System has been develop. By using i-Hack Competition Registration System, participants can register online. Then they need to pay the payment fee, scan the slip and upload it into the system. The system will also send an email notification regarding user’s registration and payment process. The application status is valid if participants make their payment and upload it into system. The other content of the system are consist of terms and conditions, history of events, prizes, and contact information of the community members and latest news that related to the competition. On the other side, the organizer has to approve the payment receipt that has been uploaded by the participants. The system will also produce report such as list of groups who join both of the competition.
