Spreading the knowledge: approaching the oblivious about high sensory inputs (Lu'Vendr Perfume) / Zulhairi Samsul Ridzuan … [et al.]

In this project, we are using this opportunity to approach those who oblivious specifically about the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) awareness while we are foster the understanding to create more inclusive and supportive communities for individuals with these conditions. The awareness is crucial as most of cases were delayed diagnosed because of lack of parental awareness, cultural influences etc (Jayanath & Ozonoff, 2020). As a result, they suffered from the effects in adulthood because of communication barriers, lack of self-awareness and lack of emotional decision-making. For that reason, this movement need strategies in approaching to have a clear two-way communication and patience as they can express different perspectives or resistant to acknowledge new information.
