Abstract

This research thesis is a study of The Effectiveness of Civil Defense Service to The Public. Civil Defense or Rescue 991 team had played a very big role in handling any emergency cases. Right from the rural area to the urban area, the team work together in order to save all the victims of the disaster. Public generally thoughts that the service provided by the Civil Defense are limited to certain task only. The research will be analyzing on the ,effectiveness of services provided to the public in all circumstances.
