Abstract
Wheelchairs are very necessary for people with disabilities because they make it easier for them to live their daily lives easily. Based on the statistics of the Malaysian Welfare Department (JKM), a total of 218,116 people with physical disabilities have been registered until 31 December 2022. With this, the demand for the use of wheelchairs in Malaysia is high. Our product offers an innovative wheelchair with various functions including the use of solar panels as the main energy source, seat belts to prioritize user safety, and compactness for charging user gadgets. The objective of this innovation is to offer a wheelchair that is durable for users, uses environmentally friendly energy sources, and has elements that users need. Help improve independent living and improve the quality of life of users.
