Abstract: This article elucidates an international academic collaboration between the Civil Engineering Studies at the College of Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Pulau Pinang Branch, Malaysia, and its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) partner, the Department of Civil Engineering, Universitas Malikussaleh (UNIMAL), Aceh, Indonesia.
