Abstract
This study is to identify the effects of video feedback on volleyball service test accuracy among university level players. The subjects are 12 male and 12 female volleyball players in UiTM Shah Alam, aged 19-23 years old (21.3 + 1.3). Four tests were performed (Pre-Test, Mid-Test 1, Mid-Test 2 and Post-Test). Subjects were divided into 2 groups (Experimental and control group). The experimental group undergone the video feedback intervention training for 6 weeks. The experimental group shown a positive significant effect on volleyball service accuracy (p=0.001). This study shows video feedback is effective to improve the volleyball service accuracy among university level players.
