Abstract
This research focuses on the Online Shopping Attributes and Customer Satisfaction on Butik Fachyra. The objectives of this research is to identify factors listed under online shopping attributes that satisfied Butik Fachyra’s customer the most, to asses existing customer satisfaction on Butik Fachyra’s products and services and to determine the degree of relationship between online shopping attributes and customer satisfaction on Butik Fachyra. This research involved the distribution of 80 questionnaires to the existing Butik Fachyra’s customers who are categorized as experienced online shoppers with Butik Fachyra. In addition, SPSS 17.0 is used to analyze data collected through online form questionnaire that were send to customers Facebook inbox and their email.
