Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of six dimensions of internal marketing (motivation, training and development, reward and recognition, teamwork, organizational communication and employees’ commitment) on employees’ organizational commitment in Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia, Sarawak. There were 52 respondents were involved in this study. Five-point bipolar Likert Scale was used to categorize and measure the respondent’s degree of views. In this study, statistics involve were those of frequency and percentage distributions, mean scores, and
cross-tabulation. Finally, the finding reveals that there is significant association between the level of the internal marketing variables and the organizational commitment of employee of Lembaga Kemajuan Ikan Malaysia Sarawak.
