Abstract

Food Service industry is industry with a unique business operation. To be able integrating with digitalisation is somehow a best achievement they could ever had. Some pay thousand for a cash registry machine that use a computer. Some pay extra 10 thousand to afford a cloud system for their branches .With other industry are getting the benefit of ecommerce. Food Service industry are lacking behind in digitalising their operation. An application that can offered e-commerce benefit and integrate with their operation easily will cost them a fortune. Therefore a delivery models calls Software as a Service Platform were introduced to provide less cost and subscriptions based services for the people exist in Food Service.
