Abstract
In today's world, accessibility and safety are the main concerns for individuals with disabilities who suffer from vision impairment, even more when the facilities for them (tactile paths) often have obstacles such as motorcycles parked by those who have enough characteristics on the tactile paths that become obstacles and endanger the visually impaired when walking on the reserved path. Presenting a revolutionary product named Portable Blind Cane adapted to increase the safety level of the visually impaired. This product is created with a compact and ergonomic design to make it easier for them to store in the bag and save space. This cane also has advanced sensor technology, such as vibration detection. This Portable Blind Cane serves as a reliable aid for visually impaired individuals by offering real-time feedback on surrounding obstacles and allowing the user to navigate with confidence and ease. This cane also features an alarm system that activates when the user pushes the button. When the user is confronted with a threat or experiences an unexpected event, such as getting attacked or falling into a hole while walking, this system comes in handy. A loud sound will be generated when the user touches the alarm button, drawing nearby bystanders' attention and encouraging them to lend a hand. With its ergonomic design and advanced functionality, the Portable Blind Cane redefines mobility for the visually impaired, empowering them with independence and confidence in navigating their environment.
