Android based smart mobile tracking system / Shahrul Amin Zulkifli

Tracking down someone is one of the most popular activities either on the web or mobile all around the world and with good reason. In the community presents various issue raised such as employee integrity when employees work outside the office and lack of trust between spouses. Other than that, kidnapping and running away from home also the case that often happens nowadays. So, it is good thing to have an application that might help to solve thats issues. Basically this project is to develop an android application of smart mobile tracking that can track the location of target person by just sending SMS (Short Message Service). Other than internet, Global Positioning System (GPS) is used to get the latitude and longitude and Google Maps to view the location. This project is develop by using eclipse software in Java and XML programming. PHP programming also is used to insert the data from the phone into the database. This smart mobile tracking system is benefit to users locate for someone especially to manager and spouse. It also can be used for emergency purpose.
