Abstract

The opportunities to get a job in now days are getting shrinking. It is the effect from the improvement of the technology. Seems there is a great improvement in the technology, most of the employer uses the machine in their daily business operation rather than to use the human workforce. According to the statistic, there are more than 80,000 of graduate student with the diploma are still unemployment. This is also including the graduate from the UITM. This research is try to determine the perception of DPA student on how significance of Diploma of Public Administration for the employment. As we, all know that, the public administration usually related with the government activity and the civil occasion. Since it deals with the government sector, this is very important in order to carry out the public demand and the country administrative. Seems it is very important, our research will focus on the DPA student perception towards the course that been choose and indicate what are the thought and perception towards it qualities and it significant in the job market. As a course that consist majority students, many research have shown that DPA course have produces many qualities student for employment especially in the public sector.
