Abstract
This project addresses the challenges faced by individuals with restricted mobility due to illness, injury, or other factors by introducing a groundbreaking 2-in-1 Bed and Wheelchair system named Bedridden Helper (BHelp) integrated with an advanced AI assistant named Inteligent System (INSYS). The traditional dichotomy between beds and wheelchairs presents limitations in mobility and independence for bedridden individuals. The innovative integration of these two essential components offers a transformative solution which will be providing seamless transition between bed and wheelchair modes. INSYS, which is the AI assistant will be enhancing user's experience through intuitive communication, personalized assistance and adaptive learning capabilities which will be setting a new standard for assistive technology in healthcare. The objectives of this project include prioritizing user comfort, safety, and accessibility while promoting autonomy and engagement. The novelty lies in the comprehensive integration of AI technology into the core functionality of the system and revolutionizing conventional approaches to bedridden care and mobility solutions. The societal benefits include improved quality of life, enhanced independence and greater inclusion for individuals who are facing mobility challenges and ultimately fostering a more empowered and resilient community.
