Abstract

The real working environment and experience of working is really important nowadays and required by every company. Industrial training subject (IMC690) is a University Teknologi Mara (UiTM) subject that offered the students to feel the real working environment of any institution or organization that will expose them with real working environment. This code subject is for only the final year students from Faculty of Information Management in Bachelor of Science Information (Hons.) Library Management. The purpose of the report is to explain in detail about the industrial training activities and reflections of the knowledge, skills and experience in undertaking the task assigned at Tunku Tun Aminah Library (PITA) for five (5) months. The industrial training will train the internship students and aware with work ethics that can be apply on the future while working. The internship should prepared the final year students for faced the real working environment that more complex and challenging. Therefore, the positive values should be immersed in each individual to become a moral person with knowledgeable.
