Abstract
I selected to sell local food known as 'Nasi Lemak', which could be found with in Kuching area. Nonetheless, I chose this product because it is a popular Malaysian local dish and is simple to cook. Hence, my customers come in a variety of ages. Furthermore, my business will be a hybrid in that I will sell it both online and in person to people. Next, the owner of this business was my uncle, Mahadzir Bin Sahari, and we are working together to make it a reality. Besides, it is a hybrid business. On contrast, we cooked the nasi lemak and packed it before delivering it to the food stall at Emart Batu Kawa. Nasi Lemak Kukus is the business's name. My uncle prepares the nasi lemak by cooking it in steamed stoneware. Apart from that, the ingredients were purchased at the supermarket, namely at Emart Batu Kawa and the wet market. As we care about our customers, thus we make sure all the ingredients are from the highest quality so that they could spend their spare time checking them out together with their friends and family.
