Degree thesis, Universiti Teknologi MARA (Kampus Puncak Alam).
Abstract
The major objective of this project is to determine the biotransformation of three different fungi in two different medium, which is medium A and B. in order to accomplish this, few steps were taken accordingly. First step was growing the endophytes in medium A and B. This was followed by feeding process which is adding substrate i.e., Goniothalamin, incubated for six and twelve days in shaking incubator at 28°C. The next step is extraction of the culture with solvent and apparatuses. Lastly, analyze the extracted compound by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) technique.
