Abstract
Green Sukuk, an innovative sharia financing instrument that focuses on sustainable development, is now available in various parts of the world and has the potential to play an important role in driving economic growth in line with environmental preservation efforts. Even though the market has responded well, there are still many opportunities for developing the benefits of this Green Sukuk, as well as challenges and difficulties that can be mitigated. This study will concentrate on debates, trends, opportunities, & difficulties. Using Scopus data from 1976 to early 2023, a system mapping study was conducted along with bibliometric analyses using Bibliometric-biblioshiny. The study visualised keyword co-occurrence patterns, co-citation relationships, and document citations. We present influential aspects of the literature, including the number of publications per year, country, institution, journal, author, and subject. The review of green sukuk research 4.071 scopus publications.
