MUE756 : Dissertation / College of Creative Arts

This course provides students with the opportunity to conduct a research project based on the research proposal developed in the Research in Music Education class. Through discussions and supervision sessions students will refine their research problem, research questions and objectives, review relevant literature, implement appropriate research methods and conduct data collection using good ethical practices. A report written in an acceptable academic and referencing style is expected at the end of the project, where a presentation of their study is to be shared with an audience comprising their supervisor, other faculty members and their peers.
