Events Scheduling Online System (ESOS) / Khadijah Tahir

Event Scheduling Online System (ESOS) is a system that gathers all the details of events that are organized in UiTM Dungun. The Corporate Communication Unit is responsible to manage the ESOS. The purpose of this study is to identify the current problem face by staffs of Corporate Communication Unit and the organizer who want to insert the details of the event that held in UiTM Dungun. The way to solve the problem that has been identified is by the developing a system that can help the organizer of event and the Corporate Communication Unit in managing the event schedule. The name of the system is Event Scheduling Online System (ESOS), where Waterfall model will be adapted to develop the system. With the system, the problem of avoiding clashing event could be solved and the staff of Corporate Communication Unit can generate a variety of report that are related to the events. The purpose of the system evaluation is to identify that the system meet user requirement or not. The system was tested by the developer of the system and then will be evaluated by the expert others user. The result of the study shows both expert and users are satisfied with the system which the mean is 4.1 l(SD=0.08).
