Several points have been identified where they lead to the success of this project. The problem statement of this project are the slow learner have a difficulty in maintaining social interaction and social skills, they may have a poor self-confidence and trouble making friends and these students are typically not eligible for special education services. Slow Learner Aid Mobile Application help the slow learner to be more confident to listen and pronounce the daily conversation with the people especially their friends. While the parents can guide them to do the exercise at home. In this project, three objectives that need to achieve are to identify and analyse the requirements of the Slow Learner Aid Mobile Application, design the Slow Learner Aid Mobile Application and develop prototype the Slow Learner Aid Mobile Application. The method of getting the objectives are done through interviewing the doctor, parents of slow learner and the teachers that teaching the slow learner as well as review of related literatures. The significant of this project are provide efficient aid, user friendly application and focus on providing convenience to the parents, teachers and slow learner. The Mobile Application Development Lifecycle (MADLC) is the methodology used in this project and only identification phase, design phase, development phase, and prototype phase being implemented. The scope of this project can be seen in three views which are for the slow learners in Malaysia that age 7 years old, especially children’s from special education schools, and focus on listening and pronunciation by using word repetition concept. The recommendations for this project are adding more exercises for daily conversation and other words, quizzes and mirror part. In a nutshell, with high hope that the problems of the slow learner can be helped with existence of this Slow Learner Aid Mobile Application.
