E-sweetPea cakery customized-cake ordering mobile application / Nur Huda Aqilah Mansor

Cake customization is currently in demand by the customer. Customers want to personalize their cake according to their respective preferences. This project developed a mobile application named E-SweetPea Cakery: Customized-Cake Ordering Mobile Application that allow cake csutomization. The project objectives are to identify the user requirements, design, develop and demonstrate E-SweetPea Cakery: Customized-Cake Ordering Mobile Application. The project scopes cover the customer and cake shop owner around Johor Bahru. The project methodology used in this project is Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) up until the testing phase. The features and functions for this project are user profile, cake customization, navigation, and image upload. The limitation is that payments are made offline during self-pick up or COD (cash on delivery. The testing phase was conducted with six users using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The significance of this project is to ease users in the ordering process specifically cake customization. In future work, it is proposed to enhance the payment service and to develop the project on iOS platform.
