Dengue is an important mosquito-borne viral infection that affects millions of persons worldwide. The objective of this research was to study the prevalence of IgG and IgM antibodies for dengue infection cases based on gender, age and ethnic among patients in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre (UKMMC). Three hundred twenty four of secondary data reported with dengue infection was collected from Department of Diagnostic Laboratory Service, UKMMC. This information were ranked according to age range in 10 years, gender that including male and female and for races includes Malay, Chinese, Indian and foreigners. The data collected were tabulated using Microsoft Excel. The percentages and total number of cases for patient result were calculated based on “positive dengue samples” using the formula. The result of this study, showed that, in pattern of age group, median age (30-39 years old) is the highest number of cases, 23.80% (39) dengue virus. The percentages of differences in ethnicity, the highest number of case are from Malay (60.42%) ethnic. Detection of primary and secondary dengue in male and female based on serology shows that male (56.48%) was the highest number of cases.
