E-course file development system / Siti Nurul Hidayah Razikin

Course File is a file that Resource Person need to prepare at the beginning of every semester. Resource Person as a head of each course need to prepare all the documents that needed in the file. Each of the course file contains OBE documents, course syllabus, teaching materials, students’ attendance, sample of assignment of a student, exam questions and answer and also analysis of student’s result of previous semester. Currently they use a manual system for the course file which is they need to print all the documents and keep it in the file and this consume their time to prepare the file. Therefore there is a need to develop E-Course File System. The methodology that is used to develop the system is using Rapid Application Development (RAD) because facilitate faster system development and offer results in lower cost. This system will help the user to ease them managing the course file. They just access the system and upload all the documents in the system. They also can review back and make a reference from any previous semester. Resource Person also can review other Resource Person details. Head of Department also can view the details of the Resource Person under their department and view other Head of Department.
