Abstract
A moral value is a good deed in order to distinct between right or wrong behavior. People around the world, regard of their religion, belief and race, moral values play a major role to protect our nature as human. Nowadays, moral values among teenagers are decline, as it courses a concern to country. A lot of articles and newspaper brought this issue as it can course a concern to other people. Research objectives for this application are, to identify the requirement for learning Moral Values on mobile application, to design user interface for Learning Moral Values on mobile application and to develop Learning Moral Values on mobile application. The scope of this application is secondary students in Malaysia but other people also can use this application because it can bring benefits to them. In order to study the knowledge about moral values amongst secondary student, a random questionnaire is conducted and the result will be analyzed. Contains and design for this application is based on study from similar web-based or existing application. This mobile application is convenient to use for teenager especially students because it use a simple instruction and symbol.
