Abstract

Training programs are important to improve individual skills and experience. Method of registration process for training are important part because it reflect how the flow of the training process. Using technology on registration of training program brings benefits to users in term of saving cost and reduce time used. The problem face by users is they can only register a training program via browser either on computer or smartphone. Using browser on computer may not too hard, but browser in smartphone are hard to navigate because the size is too small. Thus, the development of this mobile application will help users to make them easy to register their training programs on their smartphone. It also has some new function for certain type of users which not available on the current existing system. The methodology used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to have a clear phases for this mobile application development. Future works suggested are to use other platform for this learning instead of Android application only. As the result, users are able to register a training program and manage the training in better way and reduce current problems.
