Abstract

This research is about the development of Sibu's Customs Inventory System (SCIS) that is upgrade the manual system into the computerized system for inventory store at Custom Sibu. This SCIS system is able to help the admin officer to manage inventory system more efficiently and effectively. This system also helps the user easy and save time to apply form for request items and help top officer easy to verify the application. There are three objective of this research that needs to achieve. The first objective need to achieve is to identify the user requirement for SCIS system. Next objective is to develop SCIS system and the last one objective need to complete is to design SCIS system. In order to complete this research, several method have been use to get the data n information such as interviewing the stakeholder, review related articles and journal for literature review. The management of inventory store Custom Sibu will be improving the productivity of workers by using this system.
