Abstract

Nowadays, mobile domain is growing much faster than the desktop domain. This is since people are obsessed with the concept of “portable and easy access devices”, which is catered to by handheld devices. This paper is concerned on the aim to provide information and recommendation about Traditional Medicine (TM) to the Malaysia society to be practice as an alternative to modern medicine through mobile application development. One of the main problem highlight in this paper is people who are going to find this information elsewhere, but the suggestion specifically towards their illness may not be found. This information includes list of traditional medicine, the location and details of the registered practitioner and forum for recommendation and discussion between members for those who seek the treatment specifically to their ailment. The methodology approach used in this project is Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) involving requirement planning, user design and development phase. The Result consists of user design and user interface of M-Healthcare application.
