Abstract

Foreign investors started to invest in Negeri Sembilan since 1980. However, 10 years after that, that is in 1990, the mobility of foreign investors was very encouraging due to the serious promotion efforts by the state's government. This paper mainly focuses on the state of Negeri Sembilan' s policies, strategies, and incentives given in order to attract the foreigners to invest in Negeri Sembilan. A small topic of Nilai Industrial Park is also included because it is the latest industrial park of Negeri Sembilan and it is developing at an encouraging speed.
