Industrial training report: WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd

This report provides an overview of my industrial training experience at WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd. My industrial training is for 24 weeks starting from 1st March 2023 until 15th August 2023. This report consists of highlights of my training reflections in the Customer Relationship Management department of WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd, SWOT analysis discussion and recommendations during my 6-month period of industrial training. The primary objective of this industrial training is to gain practical experience and apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world professional setting. Additionally, the specific goals were to contribute to the projects assigned, enhance my skill set and understand the company's operations and culture. I was given tasks and responsibilities that allowed me to experience real-life working culture and environment. This report focuses on my six months of working experience at WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd specifically in the Customer Relationship Management department. Especially this report focuses on my experience in the loyalty program industry and I was exposed to new experiences and knowledge. I was also exposed to new skills and work ethics in a professional setting. This report represents the SWOT analysis that I obtained based on my observation working at WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn. Bhd. Analysis, discussion and recommendations were given to help enhance the company in the future. Lastly, the conclusion, references and appendices are also provided in the completion of this report. At last, I must say that the experience at WCT Malls E-Shop Sdn Bhd has been valuable and has shaped me into becoming a more professional individual. It has been a valuable opportunity for me to learn and grow in the marketing and customer relationship industry. My industrial training experience has exposed me to real-world challenges and has developed skills that will undoubtedly be beneficial for my future endeavors.
