KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital / Nurul Fatin Umairah Nasirhudin

Here at KPJ Kluang Specialist Berhad is where my six- month internship as an intern started to give me the most priceless knowledge and enduring experiences. Despite exposing students to the actual world of work, I must complete industrial training in order to earn my degree in Office System Management from UiTM Bandaraya Melaka. This report serves as proof of my progress during my internship and shows that the content must be followed as noted in the instructions, including the student and company profiles, training reflection, and SWOT analyses that need to be identified and developed along with discussion and recommendations for each point, and finally, a conclusion. I was assigned under Mr. Prakash Saminathan, the head of Information Technology Services, who is also my supervisor, for a six-month internship that started on March 1 and finished on August 15, 2023. I was initially assigned to IT services to have a deeper understanding of both the department and workplace culture. The job scope is slightly different from what I have learned in my degree, it helps me to strengthen my knowledge about what exactly information technology was. However, I still can use my expertise in this department where help them to be more systematic in terms of documentation. To broaden my understanding, a variety of facts about hospitalization, insurance, paperwork, and other topics are carefully observed. Along with that, working at this hospital gave me a lot of experience, which has helped me become more successful today. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats make up the SWOT analysis. It was once used to assess how competitive the company was. Based on my observations and experiences throughout the internship, I have identified and addressed each element in my report. Along with that, I have developed helpful suggestions for KPJ Kluang Specialist Hospital to strengthen and improve what is required. This report contains additional information. In conclusion, as it exposes them to the real world of the work environment, this internship program is crucial for every university student to explore real work life independently before they finish their studies or get a job. As a result, I think they will benefit from their internship placement because it gives them additional benefits like information and skills.
