SMG605 : Strategic management in sport organization / Faculty of Sport Science and Recreation

This course provides students with strategic management deals in various aspects of problem solving and decision making responsibilities as manager in organization. This subject is concerned with the integration of all functional areas of business into a balanced view of an enterprise. It is essential to note that this is an applied subject using the case method approach or method to problem solving, creative thinking, and decision making. Students will be expected to apply knowledge from all their business subjects.
