Abstract
This course introduces the concept of environmental law and it development and application in Malaysia. It discusses the law and policy on the environmental quality including pollution with disposal regulation and others. Relevant international instrument for the protection of the environment and how it relates to local legislature will also be discussed. Students are encouraged to use the internet resources for case study involving treaties.
