Abstract
This subject aims to provide a study of development economics including investment market and property development, preparations of feasibility studies, and the influence of government policies. It provides an understanding of the theory and practice in the measurement of construction works for wall, plumbing works, doors, and windows with reference to the Standard Method of Measurement of Building Works (SMM2). The subject also provides the students with a thorough understanding of the theory and analysis of prices including specification writing for the measured work.
